The Wyss Foundation is pleased to announce a $200,000 grant to Mental Health and Recovery Services of Jackson Hole, an organization providing compassionate and affordable behavioral health treatment services in northwest Wyoming.
Mental Health and Recovery Services is part of a vital safety net for the community. The organization serves more than 2,500 individuals each year offering crisis intervention, substance abuse treatment, child and family behavioral health services, and outpatient care. Mental Health and Recovery Services is committed to providing care regardless of one’s diagnosis, language, culture, or income.
“Eighty-five percent of our clients cannot afford treatment” said Executive Director Deidre Ashley. “Support from the Wyss Foundation enables us to ensure that all members of the community can receive the quality care they deserve.”
“Mental Health and Recovery Services is playing a crucial role in community health” said Molly McUsic, President of the Wyss Foundation. “We are proud to support Mental Health and Recovery Services and its work to improve lives and strengthen the greater Jackson area.”
